In the spring, Oscar the owner/beekeeper of bee-utifulhoney brought hives to Joe’s blues farm during the blueberry flower bloom in Bangor, Michigan. He returned to Chicago with a very complex, tangy, delicate tea-like honey.

We started our brew with Naturalitea sencha midori and Oscar’s blueberry honey. Adding Joe’s blues delicious Elliott Blueberries & Iowa West Branch elderflowers. A burst of tart blueberry with a sweet elderflower scent, dissipating into a crisp & dry finish.
